MMv7 update: comments follow your email

I’ve added a nice plugin (thanks to JD :) which allows you to receive email notifications when someone posts a comment, after yours. This can however be turned of – unsubscribe from the email sent to you.

I’ve been having a bit of teething problems, so gizz a yell if things aren’t acting well.
