Validation broken from Web Dev plugin in FFX

EVERYONE PANIC!!!

Something is going on with the w3c validation system lately. When you CTRL+SHIFT+A, its obviouslt getting confused as it errors with “No doctype found!!!”. Hopefully its just a minor setback, that the Web Developer plugin team for FFX can fix.

Meanwhile, you can still use the online service – but may cause some havoc for users with web security

Update: they fixed it!

Lol I got burned by this today also! The once a year I use the file uploader to test some html it crashes… after working for about 10 minutes for me.

    (Maybe *I* crashed it…)

I keep having the no Doctype problem whenever I hit the W3C server. If I do it manually, no problem. More on that, the computer by my side has no such issue and both of us are running the exact version of Firefox and Web Development plugin. I even did a fresh installation of FF to see if that would fix it… but no.

Really don’t know what do to. Back to the old days of source viewing + pasting. Damm.
