CSS: Hacking Safari

Many css/html developers out there will know of the star-html hack for WIN-IE but have you ever heard of the hack for Safari to bypass a style?

Yeah, neither had I… Until now.

Nicholas Gagne from iBloom Studios posted a note that by placing a hash character (#) right after the semi-colon (;), will be bypassed by Safari.

Okay so its no really a Safari hack, its a ‘all-other-browser-hack’. So Safari doesnt listen to the ;# – and uses the correct style.

Very interesting, and useful. Although i haven’t tested this yet. But will do soon.
